Treating people with respect and involving them in their care
On 18th August CQC carried out a thematic review as part of their response to the coronavirus pandemic. Infection prevention and control
Residents have access to a flexible meal service beyond defined times. Residents dining in their own room have their food presented to same standard as elsewhere. We are conducting internal and/or 3rd party food safety audits. Quite a few of our residents will ask us to take out pieces of our furniture to make room for some of their own from home. All our brighterkind Home Managers are highly qualified and extremely experienced. At Henleigh Hall Care Home we have one of the best in the business.

Activities Are So Important A willingness to get involved and try new things is something we see time and again, once people are given the opportunity. Our dedicated Recreation and Activities Coordinators oversee everything, but all our staff regularly brainstorm new ideas, too. And our residents vote on their suggestions at our monthly activity meetings, so we can be sure everyone’s looking forward to something, every day.
